We have a carefully worked out process that puts you in the driver seat of procuring hardware inside EU borders.
1. Discuss end-client requirements
We discuss with you what hardware the end-client requires. Procurope will provide hardware options and stock levels.
2. Receive pre-quote to check
We provide you with a breakdown of the quote and the actual quote that the end-client will receive.
3. Quote gets sent to end-client
After we get approval we will send out the quote to the end-client and wait for their approval.
4. End-client approves and pays quote
Once the end-client approves they will receive a pro-forma invoice they can use to make payment for the requested hardware.
5. Products get ordered and shipped
We place the order at the distributor once payment is received and give you and the end-client an estimated time of arrival.
6. Final invoices are sent
Once the goods are delivered we will provide the end-client with the invoice and request an invoice from you for the margin on the order.
